Seeing as my request for help regarding horror movies didn't really work, perhaps I'll try a different request. I want to get back to jogging, but I can't do it without the proper musical motivation. Paola (thanks Paola!) already commented here that Pitbull's "I Know You Want Me" is "one of the best to shake, shake, shake it!" So that's definitely going on the list.
I used to jog to this song quite a bit:
And this one too:
But I need to update the playlist, and I just KNOW that you will be able to help me.
So get busy people! As a thank you I might even post another jogging-photo-post and challenge Eurolush yet again. I really whooped her ass last time, remember?!!

I can barely speak. The rage I'm feeling is deadly. Nobody...I mean NOBODY...ditzes* Eurolush when it comes to jogging.
I WILL BURY YOU!!! (Shouted in deep Russian accent.)
It's on.
*This word courtesy of my mom, who thinks it's 'ditzing' as in, "Did you just ditz me?' And, 'I just got ditzed by my own daughter, who's now officially out of the will.'
Oh, Eleanor.
You never, ever should've challenged Eurolush to a jog-off.
Don't you know how dangerous it is to poke a bear?
Twins - the most deadly of all competitive animals!
.......
I tried really hard to think of a horror movie I liked, but since even a show like Cranford can leave me traumatized for a week, I suspect I'm not the best help there...
Your new request though - that's one I can handle. As soon as I'm home from my office I'll send over a list pronto!
BRING IT ON SISTA.
BRING.IT.ON.
Jogging songs! Um, I have like 70 songs on my fitness playlist. Here are a few:
"Intergalactic" - Beastie Boys
"Profanity Prayers" - Beck
"Smack My Bitch Up" - The Prodigy
"Are You Gonna Go My Way" - Lenny Kravitz
"Blue Orchid" - The White Stripes
"Dragula" - Rob Zombie
"Push It" - Salt 'n' Peppa (I think of Eurolush when I listen to this one)
"Pump It Up" - Elvis Costello
"Dare" - Gorillaz
"Rock 'n' Roll (Part 2)" - Gary Glitter
"List of Demands (Reparations)" - Saul Williams
I've got more. LOTS MORE.
Since I don't exercise (wha? i'm a slug) I don't have an exercise play list. But if I DID have an exercise play list, these songs would be included:
Psycho Killer - Talkikng Heads
Six Months in a Leaky Boat - Split Enz
You May Be Right - Billy Joel
The Ride of the Valkyries - Wagner
You Can Call Me Al - Paul Simon
My cool-down list would definitely include Bob Seger's Turn The Page
Pitbull ROCKS. I love him. He's sexy, too, in a gross kinda way :) Try his "Hotel Room Service" too. Also, I like Rihanna's "Pon De Replay," and Sean Kingston's "Fire Burning (On the Dance Floor)." Um, Black Eyed Peas "Boom Boom Pow" and Kelis's "Milkshake." These are all songs that we use in zumba class, and they can definitely rock. (I have EXECRABLE taste in music, can you tell? : )
I'll be sending you some jogging muzique ideas soon...I have A LOT. Although, now that I think about it: would that be aiding "THE ENEMY?"
Hmmmmmmm.
You know, I was asked to make a playlist for our teeny tiny gym, I did it but it was never played. Maybe you'll like it as I do?
Kelly Rowland - Work it (Arabian remix)
Kylie Minogue - In your eyes
Pitbull - Calle Ocho (but also the newest Hotel room service)
Laurent Wolf - No Stress
Shakira - She wolf
Pitbull feat Lil'Wayne - The anthem
Gaga - Just dance, Poker face, Paparazzi, Love Game
Mika - We are golden, Love today
Agnes - Release me
Beyoncè - Single ladies, Sweet dream
Rihanna - Disturbia
Jamiroquay - Cosmic girl, canned heat, virtual insanity
Nelly feat. Justin Timberalake - Put your hands up
Helmut Fritz - Ce m'enerve
I better stop.
Let me know if you enjoy any of these ...
Paola
ooh, i forgot Lady Gaga - I have already confessed to loving that Paparazzi song.
